Fruit f-cking salad. Nothing special here. No interesting flavour combinations or herbs or edible flowers or dairy or anything.
For a simple celiac, this is the most perfect snack possible. Wedged in the sunny corner of our deck, with a fork and feet up, I eat a mound of juicy fruit and am totally serene.
Summer - are you almost here? I want to eat the sh-t out of you.
