This cookie is KILLING me right now. It is so light, crisp and will be my forever go to for all pie crusts. (Feeling a deep down itch to make key lime pie lately. Or rhubarb. Oh f-ck me, RHUBARB season is here!)
This is basically a kiss off column as I enter four (F-O-U-R) blissful days off work.
Other than a really great gluten free cookie recommendation, I’d like to leave you with this. A lot of gluten free peeps in Internet land are earnest, activists, pouters or chefs. There’s not a whole lot of glee, fun or irreverant humor. Until now.
If you never look at another website ever, this should be the one to be your everlasting light.
